Queen of the Mess Makers
Bio:
I started scrapbooking almost 5 years ago, after the birth of my son. I had done wheel thrown pottery for years, but the demands of a newborn were limiting my time in the studio, so I wandered the aisles of the craft store looking for a new creative outlet. I bought a page kit and was hooked. Scrapbooking is a way for me to tell my children(Jack ,5 and Alder, 3) their stories; along with those of myself and my husband, that may get lost along the way. My husband and I recently celebrated our 9 year anniversary, and are both fans of Va Tech football, attending all the home games. My work can be seen in Creating Keepsakes Magazine, Simple Scrapbooks, Memory Makers, Scrapbook & Cards Today, Scrapbook Trends and Paper Trends. I was recently name a finalist of the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooker of the Year 2007, and currently design for Scrapbooks.com and Frances Meyer. I also teach classes at Memories Galore and at several regional crops.
